Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

​At Wear’s Valley Forge, we work hard to provide a safe, memorable blacksmith experience for every guest. Because each session requires preparation, materials, and reserved forge time, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled experience are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

Guests may reschedule their experience once at no charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.

Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be able to be accommodated.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not contact us beforehand will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Weather Policy

Blacksmithing is largely conducted under covered working areas and can continue in most weather conditions.

However, if Wear’s Valley Forge determines that weather or safety conditions require cancellation, guests will be offered the option to:

  • Reschedule to another available date, or

  • Receive a full refund

Late Arrivals

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their experience shortened or may be required to reschedule depending on the schedule for the day.

Group Bookings

Group bookings may require additional notice for cancellations or changes. Please contact us directly for assistance.
